"I arrived on an early flight so there were no rooms available when I got there. The 2 front desk staff didn’t even take their eyes off their computer screens and look at me. I was told I could try and come back at 2 and see if there was a room, or even 1pm if I wanted to pay for it. They were extremely rude and not welcoming at all. "Hotel is clean but could use some updating. The gym is very nice - lots of good equipment and all in good working order! Our only real complaint is that they charge $5 per bag to check luggage if you need to do so for a while before leaving. "
