"So happy with our week long stay. From proximity to main road, cleanliness, size of standard room, two pools, jacuzzi, and being steps from the water this place was perfect. Check in/out process was simple and staff was so very friendly. They have free self and valet parking, free bike rentals on a first come first served bases, free yoga in the morning, and filtered water refill stations.
One last thing this place is walking distance from coconut market place which has restaurants, shops and best of all an ABC store! It's also walking distance from Napali brewing, passion bakery cafe and other great places!"
"We stayed in a King room with an ocean view. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a problem at check in that they attempted to downgrade us to a queen room and was not going to honor the deal I booked on Hotels.com until I provided documentation of the deal and insisted on the King room I had booked. Staff had to go back to the manager several times before issue was resolved. Received the room and deal I had booked on Hotels.com. Stay was enjoyable. Dinner at RumFire was great! Make sure to make reservations ahead of time.

"Overall, this is a beautiful property with nice cabins and a gracious staff. The pool could use a total revamp, but with beach swimming so close by, it makes sense that it isn’t the resort’s main focus. I also expected a better restaurant and bar. They weren’t bad, but the options felt limited. For anyone looking for a nice place to stay on the west side of Kauai, I’d recommend it."
"My main complaint was that many ice machines were out of order. Also we were hoping to stream a sports event on Apples TV but the choices for “Internet TV” was minimal. I would have expected more options at a resort like this. Otherwise a very nice stay. "
