" Valeria was an excellent host. This place was nice and met my expectations. The breakfast each morning was superb and plentiful. Everything from a continental breakfast to a full English breakfast- wonderful. The location was a 2 min walk to the train/bus station; perfect for our arrival and pick up for bus tour to Stonehenge. And the Cathedral w/ a viewing of the Magna Carta was walking distance (abt 9 mins) from the Caboose; very nice location indeed. "

"The building is centuries old, so keep that in mind. The stairs are not always level, but they manage to provide modern amenities. The restaurant is a favorite among locals for good reason. And the House is across the street from the cathedral. So convenient."

"This was an amazing experience! These people have been doing this for 40 years, and have it down! Hospitality is second nature to them! Everything was lovely! They gave us the family suite so we wouldn’t have to bring our luggage upstairs. Hilary made the most perfect breakfast and it was so lovely to chat with her. Highly recommend this place for home away from home! Definitely going back again!"

"Great place if you want close to the railway: just across the street and around the corner. Very clean, room was small but comfortable, very clean. It did have too much of an air freshener odor so we hid the freshener sticks and didn't use the smelly soap. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and they stored our luggage in the early morning because we went to Stonehenge. I'd stay here again."

"Very comfortable hotel. Lovely location 5 min walk to cathedral. Room was a bit warm for our liking, as it was a top floor room and we had sunny weather. Dinner was excellent, breakfast was okay."

"It was a quaint hotel. The staff were extremely friendly. We really appreciated Simon, the bartender, Victoria the manager, Katelyn and Angie as well. There were others I didn’t catch their names. The breakfast buffet was outstanding as was the restaurant. The location was perfect to be able to walk to City Centre. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore Salisbury and the surrounding countryside."

"Overall, this was a great stay, Positives; 1 - Great breakfast options, including a full english. 2 - A very welcoming and friendly host. 3 - Light and airy room, with good shower facility. 4 - Tea/coffee making facility in room. 5 - Nice farm with Cows and Goats on site. Handful of negatives (*2nd one i was warned about by the host, but it could do with improving for future stays); 1 - Mattress was a little on the stiff side. "Did not have breakfast, but evening meal was good. Room was okay but for the three nights we stayed we didn’t get bed made or tea/coffee replenished or the small bin emptied. As for the noise from people using rooms above us it was a nightmare (do not choose room 3) Was not impressed "
