"Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. "

It seemed quiet considering it was a busy area so they’ve done well keeping out street noise and the sound of other guests roaming the halls at night. There were lifts so we didn’t have to carry our bags up the stairs which was great as we’ve stayed at a few places recently without lifts and it was difficult as I have a bad back.
