"The location was perfect for the event I was in town for. The rooms were very clean and well furnished. The staff, especially the general manager, were all incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional as well. It was surprisingly quiet, especially considering it was beside a shopping area. The dark out shade ion the window made this location a 10/10 for me!"

I had a really good stay at the Best Western Plus Hanes Mall Hotel in Winston-Salem, NC. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to shopping and restaurants, which made getting around very easy.
The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. My room was nice and quiet, and the bed was comfortable so I was able to rest well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area."
