"A beautiful hotel, with a great restaurant and bar in the hotel as well as a bathhouse. The room was well appointed, with a projector instead of a TV which I liked. The shower (and water pressure - or lack there of!) was disappointing and didn’t seem to match how well appointed the rest of the room was. I also noted a kettle in the room which is a great addition - but sadly no mugs or tea/coffee supplied. Staff were pleasant and accomodating throughout the stay. "

"It’s a terrible feeling when unable to find parking in a hotel you’re booked especially when street parking allows only two hours. In addition, with no prior restaurant reservation for dinner is over an hour wait to be seated even down at their basement restaurant. Very expensive restaurant. Food not great. Hotel is old, really needs update. Staff in reception amazingly good! "

"The room had mold in several different places and a very odd smell. The shower was old and needed an upgrade and the shower vent had a large space opening up into a void in the ceiling. Looks like it hasn’t been upgraded in too many years. The cost per night doesn’t match the unkept quality of the rooms."
