"There was a leak on the ceiling of our shower. The pool was too hot and not pleasant to be in. Staff were good and breakfast was good. Beds are good and room a good size for three people."

"Großzügiges Zimmer , netter Wohn-und Terassenbereich , Pool und Garten einfach schön mit viel Vogelgezwitscher, Eichhörnchen … leider hatten wir zu wenig Zeit die Umgebung so richtig zu genießen. Schön wäre gewesen wenn es ein wenig mehr amenities rund ums Bad gegeben hätte, Haarwaschmittel und Conditioner waren da."

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean however a bit “used”. The kitchenette was very well stocked with everything we needed. Bathrooms were spacious. The gym was well equipped however the machines could use an update, and cleaner mats. A/C didn’t work making it less enjoyable to be in there. Breakfast was great, lots of options. And the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly."

"It's very conveniently located north of Toronto with immediate access to the TTC subway across the street. The hotel has friendly, helpful staff. We opted to extend our stay by two days. The breakfast is great and hotel seemed very quiet. The only criticism, if there is one, would be that they need to update their televisions so visitors can sign into their preferred subscription sites. A second waffle maker may also be beneficial. It was a great stay overall."

"It's a lovely hotel. We only stayed one night but lots of space in the room. One suggestion for the hotel is to mount the TV to the wall in the middle of the rooms where there are 2 beds plus a sofa - they're poorly placed. Otherwise, the stay was great."

"Everything was top notch. Welcoming staff, clean room, all amenities well maintained. I especially appreciated how the busy breakfast area was handled. The staff was very attentive and directed us to a conference room set up with chairs and tables for us to eat breakfast. I will be coming back!"

"Upon our arrival we were expecting a larger room with an extra bed but despite the mix up the staff worked extra hard to ensure we got what we needed. The welcome drinks and snacks were a nice touch and also enjoyed the buffet breakfast that was included in our room cost."

"The Hotel is in a strategic location, close to many highways. There's ample parking, rooms were clean, with many amenities. Staff were extremely friendly and very courteous and ready to help in any situation. Breakfast was simple but appreciable and coffee and tea was always available. It's highly recommended for anyone and I will definitely stay again whenever I'm in Toronto."

"I would have liked to have access to a microwave, and the shuttle was not as prompt as promised. The food choices were excellent. The location was further away from downtown than I expected and choices of traveling were limited. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
