"My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights, we included breakfast with our stay and it was well worth it. The breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully every morning with little omelettes, an assortment of breads, pastries, deli meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt and cereals. "The hotel was beautiful including the room, common spaces, garden, etc. We loved the location and the cute Wimbledon viewing area they had set up. Our only complaint was the staff. While everyone was incredibly nice, it seemed like there’s a lot of confusion. I know the hotel opened in April but 3 months later it felt like a lot of the service issues should have already been ironed out, especially at the bar and slow food service."

"The room was always clean. The personnel were very helpful. The bathroom had a strange configuration with the toilet down the hall from the sink and shower. And there were no towel racks and not much storage space for our clothes. That is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5. Otherwise it was a very nice room with air conditioning during a horrible heat wave. It was nice to have restaurants on the property. And it was near the tube and train station."
