"Great location close to the British Museum, shops, restaurants, pubs. Our apartment was very quiet due to it being located at the - 1 (basement) level. Apartment is quite modern, new, comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped. All told an excellent place for us."

"A strange stay. When we arrived and went to our room and was met by an overwhelming smell of drains coming from the bathroom. Something probably made worse by the fact the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. I raised this to the front desk and to be fair to them they came over straight away and talked through our options. They were nice and a highlight of the experience. I mentioned that, online, there seemed to be a lot of rooms at the property available with aircon at a similar price...

"The staff were fantastic and the decor was beautiful. The building was older and our room smelled of dog urine. Toilet was in a separate room from the sink which was with the shower. Shower was very narrow leading to accidentally opening curtain while turning around and getting the floor wet. Additionally, there was a mix up between placing the reservation and arrival which removed the breakfast option from our reservation.
