Friendly staff. Quick to respond. My room had dirty sheets. That was a problem. I dined at the restaurant which was quite good. I ordered a fairly high value whiskey. When it arrived, it was apparent that the pour was not the whiskey that I requested. I stayed in a “standard” room. Cost was over 400 euro per night. Beds were comfortable. There was no mini-bar or snacks. The in-room coffee was instant coffee.

I never stayed here. I accidentally booked the way wrong location idk how I managed to do so but I did. Which I could have given the stay away. Had such. Bad day I never even got to call and see if I can get my money back oh well guess I get to help out a business out of country or state or wherever the heck I selected. I may have to actually come stay now smh ….. we all have them days. Oh well thank you God. I won’t even try to get my money back I just don’t care that bad day was awful. Peace,love and happiness and the greatest of them all is GOD . Thanks

This hotel was absolutely incredible! If you’re on the fence just book it… you won’t regret it. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food and cocktails were exceptional! I wish I had booked more than one night and will definitely recommend this hotel. 10 out of 10!!

We loved our stay at River Lee! The staff were super polite and friendly. Beautiful hotel and a great location. Good was delicious both at the restaurant and the bar. Our server George was very friendly at River Bar as well. Overall we really enjoyed our time and would stay there again if ever go back to Cork!

L’hôtel est très bien situé à quelques pas des différents pubs populaires. Nous avons été accueillis avec un upgrade ce qui fut très apprécié après une longue journée de déplacements. Le personnel à l’accueil était très courtois.

This is our second staying at the River Lee and had a wonderful time. The hotel is centrally located overlooking a river and close to some great pubs and restaurants.

I really liked the property. it was set up nice. Location was very convienent to Cork Centre. The staff was excellent, especially at the hotel front desk. They a front desk staffer " Maeve " she was outstanding efficient and very pleasent. The hotel would have gotten five stars, if they didn't have so much rug in the halls and rooms. I would have preferred more hard flooring.

Absolute class hotel. It is gorgeous and impeccably clean, in a great location, and the staff is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and were sad it was only for one night. We want to return to Cork and this will be the only hotel we book!

Nice walkable location but not in the center of town. I love having access to the executive lounge but I didn’t really use it that much. I didn’t get a chance to use my access to the adjacent health club but it was a nice amenity to have. Ryan the front desk attendant at my check out was great.

Nice place. Would definitely stay here again. Cozy accommodations - very fan$y restaurant with few options. All the soap/shampoo/lotion - freebies contain lemon and citrus - good unless you're allergic (one of our party was) - but safely avoided them.

Exceptional service and value.
I love this facility, and the service is consistent over every stay The team does an excellent job, and Costa is outstanding I stay here on every Cork visit

Great stay
Very helpful and knowledgable staff throughout the hotel. The resteraunt was first class, try the duck and the bacon.

Great Stay
The hotel location is excellent, only a few minutes walk to the English Market, and there is underground parking (extra charge). As its a few minutes walk away from bars and restaurants, the hotel is quiet at night. The staff are lovely. Our room was comfortable and spotless, however some small details like charging points beside the bed would have improved the stay - we had to use the plug at the desk. The TV has chromecast so you can stream your own entertainment. One thing I would have liked is the ability to turn the air off, the temperature in the room was perfect but the air was a little loud when we were going to sleep - it didn't hinder us from sleeping, but I would have preferred the ability to turn it down/off.
