"Nice hotel, allowed early check in however our room (310) the hot water didn’t work in the shower and the phone in the room also did not work so had to go to reception to get room service. Informed the front desk about the phone but nothing was done prior to us checking out. Told them again at checkout and was offered a coffee and breakfast however we were leaving immediately after checking out to catch our flight."

"Very disappointing experience. There was no staff available at reception or anywhere in the property during our stay. We only saw one staff member briefly during check-in, and after that there was no one to assist us at all. The rooms are not cleaned during the day after you leave, and if anything runs out, there’s no one to ask or get help from. Overall, it felt very unmanaged and lacking basic service."

"My room smelled like mold, told the front desk had them clean it. The smell went away for a few hours then returned, they gave me disinfectant spray. The shower wasn’t clean, furniture was beat up. My cousins room was so bad she had to change twice because of the mold scent which was why I didn’t move I was scared to get a room that was worse.
