"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful. The staff was very helpful. The room was extremely spacious for 3 guest. The roof top pool was the best part. Excellent views of the city. Would highly recommend."

"The location was excellent and apartment was very spacious. It was clean but a little tired and worn in places. We had breakfast included and it was really lovely and lots of tables available every morning. Staff were very helpful and kind. Rooftop pool and gym were also good but work was being done so the toilets/ bathroom up there was out of service. "Hotel was stunning, and staff were lovely. We enjoyed coffees in hotel reception. Lovely modern decor, and rooftop pool and bar. Area though is not so desirable, and we got hassled by a few locals for money, water and cigarettes whilst walking back to hotel late at night, but as a group of four we weren’t bothered. Not far from the metro, but solo travellers should perhaps opt for Ubers if out later."

"Great location. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay. It did get noisy at night and you could hear people shouting but I don’t know if that is a regular occurrence. Laundry machine did not dry clothes and we had to hang items to dry. "

"This property was overall pretty good, only a few rooms and no elevator. The staff was very helpful and attentive, the room always clean and comfortable. The location, however, is what’s driving this rating to 4. This building is close to transit, few restaurants and Gran Vía 2 (Mall) but the street looks very urban."

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, für 4Personen etwas klein, aber die Kinderermäßigungen sind spitze. Unsere Kinder 17+14 Jahre alt, haben komplett umsonst gefrühstückt. Die Minibar war umsonst und wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Auch Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer wurden immer wieder aufgefüllt. Die Rituals -Pflegeprodukte waren top. Der Pool sauber und gepflegt. Im Garten war es durch die vorbei führende Hauptstraße sehr laut, aber völlig ok. Das Frühstück war typisch spanisch, aber vollkommen...
