"The studio room was fine for the two of us and had a comfortable bed. We picked the hotel even though it was more expensive than other places because it had a pool and spa. The pool was nice but the spa was not as warm as it should be and on our last day the spa was cold (same temperature as the pool). The spa jets are switched on and off by a button on the wall. However, the timer only lasted for 3 minutes so you have to get out of the spa every 3 minutes to turn the jets back on. The button...

"The room was very comfortable, did not expect service every day but received it with milk and coffee replaced as well as bath towels. The only thing missing was a medium sized towel for drying your hands. Close to food and restaurants as well as Hop on Hop off Big Bus."

"The apartment was spacious and well equipped with full kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My family was happy with the stay. Thanks to the team for giving us a big pot for our seafood cooking. One feedback is on the cleaning. The floor and wall in the appartment need a good scrub. "Room was great and staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jack at the front desk"

"View, space and price are all unbeatable."

"Khách sạn vẫn còn nhiều thiếu sót về nhân viên, cơ sở vật chất. Hy vọng khách sạn sẽ được nâng cấp lên để phục vụ khách tốt hơn. Cảm ơn."

"Rooms are quiet spacious and well equipped."

"While the room was fairly clean and comfortable, it would have been good to have been made aware of the construction and renovations ahead of time. There is zero security at the property and it is completely open to the public which, as a single female returning to the accommodation late at night, I found daunting."
