"We've stayed here multiple times but definitely feel like each one gets a little worse. The halls were dirty, our room had no tissues or washcloths, there was an empty bottle if conditioner on the floor if the shower, the pool was ice cold, no one answered when we called the front desk. It just wasn't enjoyable"

"The only thing that I can say is that should be a chair when there are two people you need two chap. Your stuff was excellent very friendly and there to help. The room was very clean and big. Your breakfast meal was the right temperature and a great choices of food. Everyone was on it making sure there was food for the customers. So overall 5.0"

She searched the entire hotel for luggage carts but was unable to find us one so my 80 year old aunt and uncle had to carry their own luggage to the 6th floor. Breakfast had great variability but the eggs and potatoes were cold. The Fire alarm went off at 12:30 AM. No explanation or all clear was given or compensation offered."

"My biggest issue with this hotel was that there were no covers on the mattresses underneath the sheets, and there were all kinds of dubious stains on the mattress. I also didn't like that the breakfast nook area is in a small space and this leads to people getting bunched up waiting on foods. It makes it uncomfortable and crowded. "Breakfast is as pretty amazing. Love that. The pool was runs down. The floor of pool was broken and my daughter got hurt because she stepped on the ground of pool. Was a bummer for kids. Kept them from swimming. The room wasn’t cleaned daily. And towels weren’t available daily. Had to ask for the towels. And at the pool they never had towels available. "I booked the room late Saturday night and traveled to the hotel. Once I arrived the staff informed me that the hotel was being renovated and that we couldn’t use any of the facility. Also we had to walk around the building to get to our room because the hallways were blocked off. Breakfast was terrible and extremely limited.
