"I was liking the hotel until Saturday morning. The maintenance mopped the elevator and did not put the sign. The sign there was permanently attached. it makes the floor super slippery. I went sliding and fell as soon as i entered the elevator. I busted my knee and hurt my hand. They are lucky i was not elderly and could have broken something . Thats a lawsuit "

"My biggest issue with this hotel was that there were no covers on the mattresses underneath the sheets, and there were all kinds of dubious stains on the mattress. I also didn't like that the breakfast nook area is in a small space and this leads to people getting bunched up waiting on foods. It makes it uncomfortable and crowded. They also constantly ran out of food, so of our three night stay, we only ate there once, and saving money on breakfast was the main reason I picked the place. The...

"The first room smelled terrible. There were holes in the wall. The fire alarm was missing just wires hanging. They moved us to another room. The sheets in the 2nd room were soiled. For our safety we asked for a refund and said we would need to stay elsewhere. They were uncooperative. Thankful Expedia helped us out. "

"I had a really good stay at the Marriott Fairfield in Coppell, Texas. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was great from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping the rooms clean and refreshed throughout my stay, which was definitely appreciated.
