"The room was clean, he staff friendly and met all our needs. Mursheda at the front desk is just one of the nicest and friendly person I have met in Texas. We couldn’t figure out how to get the TV working and she sent someone right away to help us. Breakfast was very good and the area very clean The air conditioning needs tweaking, but hey it’s a commercial AC unit we will return to this hotel again on our next visit"

"The room was fine but the hot water took a long time to come in and it was just a trickle. At one point it shut off totally while in the shower! Then it returned with a stronger flow. The other problem was the week smoking neighbors and the dog barking two doors down. I expected a no smoking floor and certainly not marijuana."

"I booked the room late Saturday night and traveled to the hotel. Once I arrived the staff informed me that the hotel was being renovated and that we couldn’t use any of the facility. Also we had to walk around the building to get to our room because the hallways were blocked off. Breakfast was terrible and extremely limited. "Negatives: Definitely shocked that this place is a Hilton. The rooms are falling apart and not very clean. The wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom and I found a dead roach on the bath mat our 2nd night. Also, this place is stingy disposable supplies. There was no paper towels in the kitchenette and only a few pieces of tissue paper in the tissue box. You can tell the cabinets were poorly painted over but the rest of the kitchen needs updating. "Huge smear of feces on toilet. Hair in the shower. Hair in the sheets - it was very evident sheets were never changed. No signal errors so we couldn’t even turn the TV on. The elevator was unstable with zero signs of certifications of safety and no inspection stickers. Avoid. I’ve stayed in cheaper motels that were so much nicer."
