Great resort to relax. Food is above average compared to other resorts. Not a lot to do besides eat, drink and hang by the pool. Not a lot of socializing. Skip out on Momo, the Japanese restaurant, the rest were great.

We had a short stay of 3 days here and wish it had been longer. We loved everything about this hotel. Beautiful interiors, excellent food, drinks and staff. Overall we loved Cozumel Palace. The service was over the top excellent and they make you feel like the most important person there. I cannot stress enough how much we like this resort. The property is newly renovated and everything looks and smells new. Overall I give Cozumel Palace an A . We are thinkimg about coming here every year for our anniversary.

This hotel is beautiful! The room was clean and comfortable. The food was good and the staff was even better. Accommodating, friendly, answered questions and very attentive. The pool was fantastic. The only down side is that there is no sand beach access to the ocean, but that is nothing the hotel has control over. Great property. Will be back!
