Tìm Resort tại Cozumel

"Property clean, we'll kept. Need to change up the food. Service was good for most part as I guess they were shirt staff. Nice little beach and snorkeling. Money spent on all inclisive was not worth it. Had much much better elsewhere."

"Only thing i would say is the tv had no channels."

"We really enjoyed the Iberostar. The food options were very good. The drinks were great. The dive operation was a bit disorganized but pretty well managed. We heard Eva giving a couple grief for being late but the dive boats weren’t on time once all week so that seemed a little off side. Our maid did a lovely job. The Chef came out twice to ask us how we enjoyed our meals. My husband did get sick the last night and we assume it was the Tilapia he ate but we aren’t sure. The Oriental restaurant...

"Rooms are clean, the staff is great, the food is ok."

"Everything when as it should and everything happened as it should, which is hard to find These Days.So kudos to them"

"My husband and I stayed at the secret resort from October 22-30. Yes, the resort is a little outdated and yes, they are under construction converting Secrets to Dreams. (2year process). But on the positive, the staff members are absolutely the best. The food; Breakfast either at the French restaurant or buffet. At lunch my husband and I went to the buffet we always ordered off the menu. The fish was grouper and was amazing. we went to all the restaurants no reservations needed at the time we...

"The property is nice, but the poor quality food, the mosquitos, and the evidence of poor maintenance and upkeep stop this property from being great."

"The staff was very nice and helpful The room was nice and pretty clean The pools were very"

"Alehandra in the fa breakfast buffet was wonderful, very warm and welcoming."

"Toda la villa muy amplia y cómoda, el personal muy amable ….. espero volver pronto"

"La habitación está ok, pero la cama es sumamente dura e incomoda y el calentador de la habitacion donde me quedé no servía. Claramente no es un hotel 5 estrellas, por lo que no está mal, pero si le falta cariño"

"Clean room, friendly staff"

"Was in a Privilege Master Suite oceanfront Rooftop. Room was very nice, yes there is work that needs done, mainly to the wooden doors, they are pretty beat up, my guess is from the amount of moisture in the room. all of the art that was in the room has been removed except for 1 piece which obviously has moisture damage to it. They do have dehumidifiers in the living and bedroom that needs to be emptied out several times a day, usually fills up within a few hours. Enjoyed the jacuzzi on the...

"Loved the resort. Just wish I knew a lot of the things to do you had to have reservations. Did not get to eat at one of the places because you had to be in line at a certain time. But we all had fun. Nice place and clean. Would recommend to all my friends and family."

"Rude and belittling, bordering on elder abuse. They will be receiving legal correspondence from my attorney, who i will retain immediately upon returning to Texas. I will never spend another dime in Mexico. Ever. They will lose more customers than me given the adolescent intimidation factors used by the night manager. He made aggressive gestures towards me. The kind that men use to challenge each other to a fight. Im a 60 yr old woman."
