Staff is wonderful!! The room was clean. A/c great. Pool clean. Fun activities: volleyball, soccer, mini golf, Zumba, drum healing yoga!! So much to do if you have kids. Very peaceful. Drinks lovely. Dining options for all. We choose to level up for a better experience. Then you can reserve cabanas by sea or pool. We love this Meliá! Been coming for many years. Very safe.

Best part was the staff, the go above and beyond to accommodate you. Location was great, beach area and pool area were good. Food needed a better variety and there was no entertainment provided like other resort. Unless you paid for the dinner theater. Rooms are outdated in need of repairs. Resort is more suitable for people traveling with children.

Smaller resort but with a surprisingly large beach area. The staff were very friendly, from the bartenders, housekeeping, servers, to the activity leaders, it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely prefer the island of Cozumel over Cancun now.

The staff is definitely a positive for this resort. Kind and very accommodating. Cleanliness is exceptional. Just wished there were more dining options and a better room service menu without a fee.

Family friendly. Senior citizen friendly. Low to no stress. Not a night club but serene and safe and perfect if you are not about the twirking party life.

Two stars for the wonderful staff they were very accommodating. But minus 3 stars for the food. The restaurants were not even good as well. I thought fish house would redeem the stay but that was probably the worst of the food. Also, I’ve never stayed at an all inclusive place where they have levels. I appreciate the extra care we received but not my whole family was able to upgrade their stay. But, I will say they were very accommodating if we all wanted to be in areas where there is a level. The rooms were nice but a little outdated. The beach was also nice and we utilized the amenities.

Enjoyed this stay for a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip! It was a beautiful stay with very clean rooms. The only complaint I have is the staff seemed pretty non-existent & I wish the buffet had some more options especially for breakfast dining. Regardless, the resort is pretty well kept up, dinner spots were delicious & the drinks were great!

Would love to go back. Staff was great and always helpful. Facilities were nice and always clean. Loved Manuel always helpful and surprised my husband with a birthday cake and balloons in our room.

My level experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived Oscar from concierge service took care of my every needs. He exudes customer service and brought my experience to another level literally. Sandra was also the best to accommodate my dietary requirements. She listened and gave me the support I needed. She is also great asset to Melia. Great customer service. Staff at the Buffett was fantastic from the gentleman making omelets to the wait staff. Bartenders were great as well. Housekeeping did a great job daily.
