"Fridge didn’t work whole three days complained nothing was done .They had water leak couldn’t use shower or toilet for shower the whole day .They compt hotel gl another hotel and they charge me 254.00 waiting for my refund still..what a mess"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays."

"Very nice hotel, staff was pleasant. However, when asked for extra pillow was advised that only maintenance had access. I think the front desk clerk was the only person on duty. Which I Found that kind of strange that there was no one else available since the hotel was very busy."

"Fine hotel for a clean and comfortable bed. No frills. I do not recommend the breakfast. We tried it but it was terrible. The coffee was weak and the eggs were sour. We tossed them and ate out."

"The mattress needed replacing . Felt like sinking into a hole. Neighbors were up to 2:30 going in and out with a kid that had zero indoor voice. Motorcycle group also staying there reving motors. Not our best stay there. Usually good place...these were not really the hotels fault but I would think the office would hear them or see it on their security monitor that is right at the desk."

"Cons: TV didn't work. Room was musty smelling. Breakfast consisted of bad coffee, a muffin and an apple. Pros: Bed was comfortable, good water pressure, nice size refrigerator & freezer, good size room."

The upstairs guest balcony was closed, leaving only a street-level space where I was repeatedly approached by people asking for money and cigarettes. Restaurant operations were inconsistent, and I received conflicting information about opening times and room charges. The most serious issue involved duplicate charges on my card that remain...
