"Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. It was clean. I loved the bathroom, it was so big! The shower and sink were cool and modern which also were very nice and clean.I did not like the weird two sided small trashcan that stilll had trash in it in the room. "I have no idea why this place doesn’t shut down to renovate. Everything is under construction. We walked in the door and the entire first floor was gutted and they’re putting the rooms together so there’s drywall all over the floor. We stayed on the third floor and all the smoke alarms were covered with black tape, missing ceiling tiles exposing the insulation that looked like they used to be pink, a lot of black (mold? Unsure but likely). The room smelled very odd, likely from the construction....
