"We typically have highly satisfactory experiences at the Holiday Inn Express properties. During this stay, we did not receive housekeeping services on Day 1 and Day 2 (I had to go to the front desk to obtain fresh towels after our return to the property). Online it says- down comforters - well the ones in our room didn’t have any down . Matresses were not comfortable-(looked over 20 years old) The sheets were too small for the beds, the walls were badly repainted - covering water damage in bathroom. "This property was really well maintained. Do not sleep here if you are particular about your bed. The beds are horrible, hard, and hard uncomfortable. They feel like an RV mattress."

"Elevators were very dirty. Our room was cleaned each day but the 2 other people traveling with us didn’t even get them cleaned after asking for them to be cleaned. Location was good.
