"I checked in, they gave me a key for a room that was occupied. Embarrassing. then I got moved up to 3rd floor. Next morning the elevator is out and I have to lug my bags, purse, coffee thermos and sack of snacks down the stairs. I am alone and 74 years old. Not a great experience. "

"My go to place for the nights before and after flights in and out of KC. Great staff and accommodations. Never a problem and the shuttle is very convenient."

Between the mold in our shower, having to pay every night for parking, every time you turned around you were being charged for something. The pool at this property had paint chipping off in the water in the walls. Had paint literally peeling off of them."

"Front desk agents were great. Buffet staff nice and helpful also. Buffet itself was ok, would've loves some bacon as that is normally as common breakfast item. Pool was closed for maintenance, but we were sent down the road to Embassy for pool. Parking was easy and convenient. Suite was very spacious and comfortable."

"Checked in and the girl at the front desk was more interested in finishing her texting conversation on her phone than she was checking in customers for the night. Her pants were sagging below her butt. Puts a great light on the chain itself. No spare batteries for the TV remotes in the rooms. Mattress was like sleeping on a rock. Very uncomfortable. "
