"Dru the breakfast cook that works there is a great cook. The breakfast taste like you were eating at home in the kitchen. The grits are so creamy. The eggs is so fluffy. The bacon is cooked right the waffle mix is gray orange juice is on point. A great day the staff there are very nice and very helpful. Very clean and neat and nice. Stay when I do come back to visit Atlanta. I will stay there again."

"I have never been so disappointed. I also have never left a hotel and not stayed after paying. My husband parked I went in got room (lobby looked nice) she gave us *** we went upstairs card didn't work (thankfully) because the room was occupied already! We were irritated (11pm) my husband went back down to get it changed they gave us *** we walked in I stopped because I saw trash all over floor. He walked in the bed was stripped piss stains all over mattress. By this time he was hot!! We walked downstairs was going to leave she told us she had a room right by desk *** so we relented, Walked in the room and there was a roach crawling up the wall.... needless to say we didn't stay. I asked for a refund had just been charged for the $25 pet fee she assured me she reversed the charge (didnt fall off had call credit card co to dispute) and I am still working on getting refund for the room a week later. I am not posting the young lady's name who tried to help me she was very apologetic but I would not recommend staying here at all. We were also approached by someone else outside begging for change that I thought was going to climb in our truck as we were putting the luggage back into leave"

"I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place South. The property was clean and presentable. The staff was friendly and helpful and addressed all questions that I had. As far as the hotel room, it was clean and comfortable so no complaints there. I would probably stay again."

"First time at this hotel and was very disappointed being a Westin property. Definitely older and long in the tooth! "

"The hotel had a persistent unpleasant odor, and the room itself also smelled bad. Additionally, the lamp in the room was broken. Each day, the room key had to be reprogrammed as it would stop working. The staff was not particularly friendly, and the complimentary breakfast options were very limited. Overall, I would not recommend this property."
