"The hotel had a persistent unpleasant odor, and the room itself also smelled bad. Additionally, the lamp in the room was broken. Each day, the room key had to be reprogrammed as it would stop working. The staff was not particularly friendly, and the complimentary breakfast options were very limited. "Not very happy. The reservation was supposed to be paid upon departure, but they charged my card Then they charged for the reservation itself, plus a deposit. When we entered the room, the bathroom towels were dirty; it seemed they hadn't been changed. I didn't say anything; I didn't think it would be a problem. "This was a horrible choice & you def get what you pay for here! Shuttle was took 90 minutes after calling twice! Room was disgusting, door didn't close properly, every outlet SPARKED when it was used, bugs on the floor, sheet-thin towels, floor was peeling up, bed was like a camp cot, smelled like mildew/dirty clothes in the bathroom! Stay next door at the Holiday Inn... totally different! This is NOT a "Wyndham" hotel by any means & I'm shocked they would attach their name to this disgusting...
