"The rooms were quiet and clean. I was under the impression that there was a separate room with a bed- that would be suitable for 3 people- but the sofa was basically a day bed- big enough for a child, but not an adult. Staff was helpful at front desk. "

"My husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding before we flew out for our honeymoon. The staff was so kind to us and the room was very clean. It was absolutely perfect. We were able to get complimentary coffee in the morning. We rode the shuttle to the sky train. The staff was super helpful at explaining the sky train and getting to the airport. We would definitely stay here again."

The mattress seemed a little old or softness might have been that I prefer a more firm one. Transportation to and from the airport was on time and the drivers efficient and friendly. "

"The room had a zero entry shower and needed a longer shower curtain as the floor got wet and slippery outside the shower area when we used the shower. "

"The room desperately needs little money into it, you have chipped mirrors rusty faucets and outdated items. Shuttle service from the airport was not great we waited almost an hour which is not ideal at 1am. Shuttle service back was better but the only thing that made it better was the employee not the company itself. Overall I would not stay there again and I would not recommend. But if you were like me and needed a place in a pinch I am sure it's not the worst."

I have tried to book a night for the 17 of March- however, it was past midnight and the app would not allowed me to book it. I tried to call the hotel number…. But no answer. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The service was excellent before we even stepped through the door. Our flight was significantly delayed, but my mother arrived on schedule hours before us. Even though her name wasn't originally on the reservation, the staff was incredibly accommodating—they allowed her to check in early and ensured her room was ready well before the standard time.
