"Upon arrival I was greeted by front desk very helpful. I was very early and was able to check in early. Clean room. AC was on. Room had a lot of space. The bar, staff and the breakfast were great. Everyone was friendly. I will come back."

"Hotel is old. Carpet should be removed. I had to get room card rekeyed several time a day. No amenities at the hotel. Hotel closed lobby after breakfast. No place for a large crowd to sit. I will not go back"

"Booked a smoking room by mistake. Management changed my room upon arrival and charged me an extra 10.00. However, the room she switched me to but still smelled awful with cigarettes smoke. Manager was very rude about changing my room again, and wouldn’t refund me. After going back and forth for 10mins without reaching any resolution, I ended up checking out the room, leaving it untouched. This holler is horrible. It’s no where near how the website presents it😡"

"Clean room and friendly staff. I did not get to eat breakfast because my flight was at 7:25am. I think they should have breakfast at 6:30am on the weekends. I would stay here again though when I have a quick overnight in ATL."

"This room was just what we needed for one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Shuttle was great and on time. The driver was extremely friendly and kind. There was a QR code in the room to order room service, but they do not offer it. You must go down to the bar. Also, the bedding is made out of waterproof sheeting. It felt like it was wet. It was just rubbery feeling."

"Not the best stay. The sheets were dirty when we checked in. Front desk and housekeeping staff fixed the issue but should not have happened in the first place. The staff were friendly, but I don’t think I would stay here again."

"Staff was great and all but with planes taking off every 3-5 minutes, you won’t get much sleep. Also, as a smoker, it would have been nice to have a place to sit while having a smoke break. Other than that, i got what I paid for… Again the staff was great!"

In the room, when I sat down to work in the living area, i tried to turn on the TV with no success.. i tried multiple things but ended up calling maintenance - the person could not resolve the issue and indicated he would have to call a supervisor and come back.
