"Stayed at the Atlanta Marriott Gateway before an early flight and unfortunately won’t stay again. We arrived late and went for dinner around 9:30 PM hoping to eat quickly and get to bed since we had to be up at 4:00 AM. Service was terrible. We had to ask 3 times just to place our food order. The waitress seemed overwhelmed, forgot my wife’s drink, and cleared other tables before finally taking our order. As an airport hotel, they should be more aware that many guests are tired travelers on...

"Wonderful stay. Had a late flight and checked in late but the staff made it so seamless and quick. The hotel is very clean and in the perfect location. Literally walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenient stores. Would definitely stay here again. Much thanks to the staff for your hospitality."

"We arrived after 12:00 p.m. and was surprised that a packaged ham and cheese sandwich, bag of chips and two waters cost over $17. Also, even though we had reserved and paid for a king bed room we instead received a room with two beds. When I asked why I was told that no king rooms were available. The free streaming on the tv was a plus"

"Nice hotel, well-maintained. The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber).
