"Although food and staff were very good. Our ‘superior room in the courtyard’ was very poor. Stained carpets and mugs, no privacy at window unless curtains closed. Worst was the bathroom - about 7 inches higher than a normal bath and a hard small step to use to get in and out of the bath - very hazardous. ..."
