"Beautiful fairy tale place 😍"

"We had a wonderful stay at I Casali del Pino. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. The room had everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like quality soaps and toiletries. The staff were warm, polite, and welcoming, and they spoke English, which made communication easy and our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was exceptional—a true feast with an incredible variety of delicious options. There was something for everyone, and it was the perfect way to...

"This was the perfect stay for Italy. The building has so much historical charm, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, everything was clean and maintained, and the grounds are beautiful. I am so glad we experienced this place on our vacation!!!!"

The hotel needs renovation and improvements in the aesthetic. The AC didn’t work, the carpets are old, the bedding rough. The hotel is a bit of a time capsule with a mixed smell of cigarette smoke and fragrance in the hall. Thankfully it was a cool night with no AC. "Bed was comfy. The only down fall was the night before we got stranded at the train station and found another couple staying at the hotel as well and same thing happened. The girl that was working that night was not helpful until I stayed on the phone with her for 20 mins trying to get her to call a taxi. Ubers kept cancelling on us"

"Dit was echt een fantastische plek om te verblijven. We werden volledig in de watten gelegd. Bedden slapen heerlijk. Iedere ochtend uitgebreid ontbijt en volledig verzorgd door de gastdame. Zwembad erbij is fantastisch pluspunt en ook daar werden we voorzien van drankjes. Schone handdoeken wanneer je wilt. En een heerlijke tuin met ligbedden. Ik kom er graag weer!"
