They advertise something on the website and it does not even look like the photos. False advertising. Staff are also rude and not helpful. This place should be shut down "

"We got a free upgrade and the room was beautiful. Hotel provides coffe, tea, biscuts, complimentary still and sparkling water and toiletries! So impressed! Bed is really comfortable. Didnt use the apa facilities, but good to know that even after check out at 11am you can still use the spa till 1pm. "
