Tìm Motel tại Croston

"Booked room with a sofa but room had third bed in so there was no sofa. Could hear other guests children late at night and very early in morning so rooms are not sound proofed. No heating in bathroom so cold and not even winter yet. Hotel is very convenient to M6 and staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh."

"Felt welcome from the moment we stepped in, everything explained well to us and even an apology letter for the fire alarm was provided which we really appreciated. definitely would stay again"

"Very comfortable stay & excellent breakfast."

"Great stay and great location"

"The room standards were not great, as the rooms appeared old by hotel standards. The heating systems were exposed, and a portable air conditioner had been added to the room, which did not give it the feel of a proper hotel room. The supposedly white dressing gowns provided were visibly used, although they had been washed. One of them was also very old and discoloured into brown, so I could not use it. On my first morning, I was also disappointed with the breakfast experience. Some food items...

"Friendly staff, beautiful clean room"

"Great location, easy to walk to town centre, to visit shops, cafes and access public transport. View from room was great"

"Excellent breakfast. Staff delightful. Room recently refurbished and comfortable. Beautiful location"

"Perfect!"

"Great one night stay"

"I feel very comfortable staying here"

"Had a sea view room. Room was clean. Bed comfy (but only stayed one night). Bathroom door lock was broken. No toilet brush in the bathroom. You had to put the main light switch on and off to turn the lights on and off The usual soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream were provided in dispensers as were towels. The breakfast area was very busy but really quite small for the amount of people. The breakfast was cold. Drinks were expensive. I do not feel the stay was worth £156 for one night. Feel...

"The hotel itself was lovely, but it was the kindness of the staff that especially impressed me. I would definitely stay there again"

"A beautiful place to stay with a cosy room, gorgeous decor and a lovely welcoming feel. Friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. A real gem!"

"We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

"Excellent locations Many different social areas"

"Location excellent with several parking options nearby. Very good facilities and lovely large reception area to sit in whilst waiting for other members of my party. Receptionist very kind and helpful although noted the low desk and clearly it was not so easy to operate the computer/printer especially during busy periods,"
