"Breakfast is a fridge with eggs and bread. My room had a creaky ceiling so whenever someone above me walked, you could hear everything! Train was going by my room window. Not the best stay. Defo not going back. "

"I really enjoyed my stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, although the heating wasn’t working initially. That said, heaters were provided quickly, which I appreciated. The staff were excellent throughout. A special mention to the gentleman working in the bar/restaurant (apologies for not remembering his name) — he was absolutely brilliant and made a great impression. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety of options, especially for non-meat eaters, which was great to see. The only downside was the lack of on-site parking. I had to use the car park opposite, which was quite expensive. Despite this, I had a very pleasant stay and would consider returning."

"I have stayed at this hotel before, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing. The room was not up to standard—the floor was squeaky, the carpet appeared worn and uneven, and one of the towels had a stain. I also had difficulty sleeping due to a persistent noise, which may have been from the air conditioning or a nearby generator. Additionally, the price of water at the bar was excessively high. On a positive note, the staff were excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, overall, this experience did not meet expectations."

"This hotel needs a complete renovation, wall are paper thin you can hear everything from the room next door, bathrooms need to be updated, the outside also needs a good a paint, property is very dated. Breakfast was great. Didn’t have any other meals here so can’t comment on the food. Bar staff very nice."
