"Management has done an outstanding job of training their staff. The staff from the maids to the breakfast gurus to the front desk were smiling and greeting their guests. Friendly as can be. People do make the difference and management has evidently knows that. I have stayed at different Dury inns and the staff has been uniformly great. They got a good thing going on there. We booked through Expedia requesting a handicap accessible room they didn’t have one available (overbooking in hotels who knew). Front desk were helpful. But we got a regular room. But it accommodated our wheelchair needs (t-9 injury) bathroom included the rooms are spacious"

"Every staff member we interacted was so kind, friendly, and helpful! They all either truly love their jobs, or are really good at acting like it. The room was much more beautiful in person than the photos made it seem, and seeing as I did not look into the hotel further than the room availability, I was pleasantly surprised by the fun theme and walk to our room!"

"Breakfast was great, air worked well. Some of the stuff is a bit older and it could use a good renovation in some spots, but overall a solid hotel. Hot tub and pool are super nice. "

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but outdated. it was fine for an over night stay. the bedding was old, cheap, and uncomfortable. The plastic curtains would not close tightly and the parking lights shine directly across the bed. Take your sleep mask if staying."
