Upon arrival, the staff was not pleasant. I asked if I could view the room before checking in, and I was told I was not allowed to see it, which was immediately concerning.
The hallways smelled strongly of body odor, making the walk to the room uncomfortable.
Once inside the room, the conditions were unacceptable. The hotel room was not clean. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies to clean the bathtub before it could be used. There was a hole in the wall that had been stuffed with toilet paper to cover it, and the refrigerator was dirty as well.
Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing and far below reasonable standards. The poor customer service, foul-smelling hallways, and lack of cleanliness created an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. I would not recommend staying here.
