"An older hotel with not so friendly staff. When breakfast items were out or low and no attendant in sight we advised the front desk who told us to go tell attendant in a back room to restock the breakfast (she was playing on her phone)."

"Very clean and comfortable rooms! Staff was very welcoming and told me all the hours of operation for the pool and gym, as well as breakfast, dinner and bar hours, and I didn't even need to ask! They also supply very nice luggage carts to haul all your stuff up to your room in their large elevators. ..."
