"Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel et avons de nouveau été très satisfaits. Nous apprécions particulièrement son emplacement pratique sur la route vers Madrid, tout en étant proche du centre-ville de Vitoria. Le calme, la propreté des lieux, la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que le confort des lits sont toujours au rendez-vous.

"Muy buena experiencia! Excelente ubicación … súper cerca de casco viejo. Solo tengan en cuenta que hay yea la comunicación con el lobby is mínima. Nos ofrecieron mantener las maletas en el check out pero al final no hubo nadie en el front desk. Después de esto, súper recomendado "

"The property is completely remodeled and the space is excellent for the price. It is also very well located, which makes it convenient for exploring the city.

"Alles echt perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in der tollen Stadt Bilbao. Standord, Freundlichkeit und die Suite war hervorragend. Einen Punkt Abzug gibts für die Sicht aus beiden Fenstern in einen sehr unschönen Hinterhof zum Nachbargebäuden Trotzdem: unbedingt Empfehlung!"
