"Would not let us stay use to a 9lb yorkie-poo emotional support dog. We showed up to the hotel and they would also not refund our money!! Marriott will not get our business and Expedia did nothing to help with our refund! Not a fan of both companies now!!"
"Nice new hotel. Celebrating one year in business at this location on 1-20 in Meridian, MS. Couple things; elevator instpection expired 2 weeks ago. We wouln't have noticed but the elevator jumped and my hot coffee spilled on my arm. Ouch! Also, poor ventilation in the rooms and hallway. Not one window opens. On the pro side...Sweet, 70'' TV for viewing was awesome. Caught a great NBA game with Lakers fighting for the vin vs. Nuggets.

"Very surprised to see that hotels.com showed this property to have a restaurant and bar. This is the only reason we booked. There was a storm coming and we wanted to dine in. This was also more expensive than other hotels around the area, but we booked believing we could stay in and dine. There was no restaurant and no bar. Sad to see this misinformation on hotels.com. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Yogurt machine was out. Cleanliness okay. Will book somewhere else next time. "
"Hotel is super close to Restaurants, shopping and Bonita Lakes Mall and park. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the Kickback hour from 5:30 to 7:30 was amazing. Food and drinks also adult beverages are served during this time. Food is delicious as well and you really wouldn't need to leave the hotel for food unless you just want to."
"Hotel was full, our room keys didn’t work had to have the staff come up to use master key to let us in. Inconvenient for their customer. The carpet in the room was dirty/spots. The panel with plugs/USB between the beds very loose didn’t charge well because it was so loose, needs to be replaced. Not enough towels in the room for 3 people. Staff was nice and tried to accommodate as much as possible.

"Hilton Garden Inn sign was only partially working. Both the hot tub and elevator were out of order. Mattress on king bed was sinking in the middle. This property is in need of some TLC it is run down. I would not recommend staying there. "

What’s a holiday rental in Cuba like?
Holiday rentals are private properties where you can stay for a few weeks, or just a few days, in Cuba. Holiday rentals feature amenities such as patios, hot tubs and fire pits so you'll have all the conveniences of home. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, holiday rentals can provide a sense of privacy away from public hotel lifts and busy reception areas while still allowing you to travel. You'll also have more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is an attractive choice for a family trip.
