"This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay."

"Stayed here for 3 nights, no house cleaning, no fresh linen, no fresh towels, hotel does not accept cash, bar closed quite early, very over priced for food, beer, tea or coffee, I was charged £26.60 for 2 very small brioche rolls with rasher and egg and 2 small cappuccinos. Would not recommend and won’t stay again 😡"

"The room was spotless staff lovely breakfast was great hot and continental on offer. Parking free . The rooms look a bit tired and dated but the bed was very comfortable. Shower could be hotter . But not worth complaining about . It was a much needed restful stay . No real complaints"

"The hotel it's self is amazing clean & in such a good place ideal to get to terminal 2 & within walking distance. The staff at the hotel however was a whole different experience!!! My sister arrived before me checked in wasn't told what floor room etc & was basically bullied into booking breakfast at a cheaper rate but had to book it there & then. As my train was slightly delayed she ordered food for us. When I arrived the woman checked me in & didn't bother to tell me the floor etc. My sister...

"Lovely hotel. Stayed with my wife for her birthday. We had a deluxe room which was quite a long walk from hotel reception. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was massive! Only negative points for the room were the amount of cobwebs and dust around light fittings and soundproofing between rooms. We could clearly hear people in other rooms using their toilet facilities.
