"Hotel is beautiful, but still lacks basic customer service details. We inadvertently left our “do not disturb” on for entire day while we were diving, so no housekeeping came (understandably.) However when we asked for potable water, they never brought it, nor when I asked for housekeeping to come later they never did. "We stayed for 3 nights at Ayana, all of-the amenities and facilities are so full-filling, for sure this place is highly recommended. We had a bit trouble, our flight got cancelled..but Ayana welcomed us back, Igi from the front desk was so helpful. So we stayed one more night and had a pleasant time. Don’t forget to visit “Kisik” the romantic seafood restaurant, Naga bar by the pier and enjoy the Sunset from the lobby lounge…"

"Das komplette Resort, so wie unsere Garten-Villa waren absolut sauber, modern und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Mit der Essensauswahl, deren Qualität und derer Aufbereitung waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Die Preise für Speisen und Getränke, waren für die gute Qualität absolut gerechtfertigt und nicht überteuert. Das Personal war auch stets sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. "I'm not sure how to write a review of tge properly. Basic might do or even primative. Bed made strange noises, but so what, it was huge and very comfortable. Shower and toilet, old with peculiar plumbing but it all worked. Fabulous balcony. Not exactly pristine surroundings and was a bit muddy after rain, non of which killed anybody. Staff were brilliant. Was offered a coffee as soon as I arrived. Would come back like a shot."

"We received a very warm welcome, but were then informed about a number of things we were not allowed to do in the room.
