"My husband and I stayed for 8 days and, at first, I was skeptical because of some of the reviews, but our experience was nothing like that. The room was extremely clean, the elevators were fast, and even though the airport is very close, we could barely hear any planes from our room. We asked to be away from the runway but even in the other side was never very loud.
The only downside is that parking is extremely expensive. However, there is a private parking area behind the hotel for $24. Keep...

"Check in services were exceptional. They were very welcoming and informative.
We visited the RED restaurant and food, drink, and waiter were also great. The host was a bit snooty and not very friendly. She didn’t even ask for a name or how many guest when she mistakenly sat us then removed us from a table by her error. I even tried to explain we do not have reservations and she still moved us to the wrong table. We got through it. Jacuzzi and pool were also nice, but bubbles were not...

"My wife and I had a great one night stay. The hotel and property were very nice and well maintained. ALL of the staff we interacted with were very nice and had great customer service skills. "Westin Hotels are always very nice. This one is a little on the older side but still clean,mostly friendly staff & good proximity to LAX. The free shuttle was great & the restaurant downstairs was handy. There was a little airplane & road noise throughout the night but that is sort of expected at airport hotels. Overall it was a comfortable stay & I would most likely stay again!"
