"Extremely friendly and courteous staff, who helped our family of 3 get into a room early after an overnight flight into Heathrow. The location is excellent, just a few blocks from Paddington station, but on a quiet street. The complementary breakfast is quite good - full English or cereal. The room itself was a bit small, but very clean and in good shape, with a small fridge, kettle for heating water, and tea/coffee. Beds were firm, which is how we like them.
