"The staff at this hotel are fantastic. This includes hotel staff and restaurant staff. Room was clean and had everything you need. The food at the restaurant was very good. It is very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Building which has a viewing area on the 45th floor and a light show every night. A must see when in the area. It is located about 15-20 minutes from Shinjuku station so walking to and from the station with luggage was a bit of a struggle. However you could take a taxi if walking...

"great breakfast!"

"Urban vibe decor, very eco friendly facility. Lots of nice amenities. Staffʻs english is great! The airport shuttle was exactly on time, so go to the meet area and actively seek out the driver holding the hotelʻs signage. Shuttle times are set times only, be sure to check the shuttle times. (not like america where it might be ʻon demandʻ via a phone call to the front desk or ʻevery 20 minsʻ). Absolutely recommend!"

"Friendly helpful staff, rooms with great air conditioning. Breakfast buffet good, shops and restaurants nearby. Subway station few feet away… excellent for getting around and super easy to use. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit "

"Hotel Groove was a wonderful hotel. It suited the needs of our family of four very well. We had the large King Garden Suite where we could spread out and relax at the end of the day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and modern. The washing machine in the room was an added bonus that was really helpful for us. We would recommend Hotel Groove for being close to transport links and for being in a great location close to shopping and eating. "

"Unglaublich nettes und hilfsbereites Personal! Zimmer sehr sauber. Kleine Zimmer wie es typisch für die meisten Hotels in Japan ist, aber der Service, die Sauberkeit und die Umgebung (alles gut zu Fuß oder schnell mit der U-Bahn erreichbar) und trotzdem ruhige Lage machen das kleine Zimmer zur Nebensache. Transfer unserer Koffer nach Osaka hat auch einwandfrei geklappt. Hotel ist zu empfehlen! "

"We lived our room and the area was easily accessible to many stations. Lots of options to shop and dine. Would def stay again. The room is in the smaller side but we had an incredible view! Thank you everyone! I loved the slippers that were provided by the hotel. So useful. Thank you!"

"Some good places to eat nearby and convenient tube and transport options a few minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was really good and the rooms, whilst a little small had everything we needed. "
