Room was spotless, staff were friendly. The only thing that I disliked about the experience was the noise coming from other rooms. Also there was no ice dispenser on the 2nd floor so you had to walk all the way back to the lobby or 3rd floor to get a bucket of ice. They could install better shower ...

There was only 1 of 4 elevators in operation. The last nite of our stay none of the elevators were. Next operating. Next morning when we checked out elevators were still not working & we had to use. the hstairs to get down to 1st floor while hauling our luggage.
