"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here and are already planning to come back next year! The resort exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Everything was extremely clean, neat, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, conveniently located, and comfortable, which made traveling with kids so much easier. We traveled as three families with children ages 6, 7, and 8, and we always felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout the entire stay. The kiddie pool area was fantastic, especially the shaded covered section where parents could comfortably sit and watch the kids even during the hottest parts of the day. The main pool was also beautiful and relaxing. Another pleasant surprise was the food. We genuinely enjoyed everything we ate. Yes, there is a buffet, which naturally repeats some dishes throughout the week, but they also have menu options that were excellent. The Eggs Benedict were wonderful, and the cheeseburgers were honestly incredible. The location is amazing - literally right across the small dirt road from the beach. The waves were stronger than we expected, so we watched the kids carefully, but they still had an amazing time. The service was outstanding. Scott, the regional director, was constantly checking on guests and making sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. Overall, we truly had an amazing experience and highly recommend this resort for families! "

"The place was absolutely amazing. The renovation and attention to detail were exceptional, creating a modern, spotless, and very comfortable atmosphere. The location was simply perfect — everything was conveniently nearby, and it truly could not have been better. The host was very professional, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. "Just a heads up that this is not a typical hotel experience. The property feels more like a quiet, underdeveloped residential area than a full-service hotel, which may or may not be what you’re looking for. There were very limited services and amenities, and whenever we asked staff for help, they often seemed confused or unsure how to assist. It felt less like hospitality and more like we were inconveniencing them, which was disappointing—especially given that we were there for our honeymoon. The hotel itself is nice enough and the rooms are clean, but the overall experience didn’t match expectations. The property was nearly empty during our stay (we only saw a couple of other guests), yet we were given a city-facing room instead of an ocean view. When we asked if there were other options, we were told the hotel was fully booked, which didn’t align with what we were seeing. The broader development also felt a bit unusual—very quiet, somewhat sterile, and lacking the character or energy you might expect in a destination like Costa Rica. Overall, it’s not a bad place, but it’s important to set expectations before booking."

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and loved the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor seating area. The pool is large and warm and we had it all to ourselves all 3 days we went swimming. (Closes at 7pm so slight improvement would be longer hours.) Grocery store a couple minute walk away so very convenient if you want to get supplies for some meals. Location would feel inconvenient if you do not have a rental car. (Beach access is a long walk). But with a car we loved how it was central to so many beaches! Tip: bring your own dish soap and cloth as they don’t provide. Also the beds are only made up with sheets, but when we asked for blankets it was no issue to get them."
