The host is incredibly friendly and cleans the room daily. Although the outdoor area is somewhat cluttered, the space is kept clean. He assisted us in finding a trustworthy taxi driver who charged fair rates and generously lent us beach equipment at no cost.

Had a great time staying at this lovely hotel. All the staff (reception, restaurant staff and cleaners) were all extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a mini market by the pool which is very well stocked. A bus outside the hotel takes you all the way into the centre of Chania and runs frequently. ...
