"Really lovely quaint hotel! Staff are amazing and go above and beyond!! Thank you to Laura, Paul and the wonderful chef!!
Please note, this is a very old building and doesn’t have all the mod cons of a modern property. Bed linen and towels were lovely and clean. There is tea and coffee in the room and you may request additional items if you need them.
Beer garden is amazing with lovely views.
There are TVs to watch sport.
Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there are stairs up to...

"Good free breakfast for all guests although we were charged extra by Expedia which was annoying. Dated decor in the rooms but clean bathroom. Our room was very cold and the heating only worked intermittently (we turned the radiator to full but it came on for about an hour one night and roasted us on the final night, two other nights had no heating at all). Parking was ok but we got the last available space on a couple of days after going out… I think you can park in the approach road for free...

"Super friendly, helpful staff. Had dinner here twice and the food and service were excellent. Parking right outside the hotel. Great value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"
