"The hotel and room were so clean! The lobby was well kept and smelled clean too. The breakfast was also full of a variety of items for adults and kids, and the coffee was so good! By far the best hotel coffee we’ve had. The only “issues” we had were our AC made a rattling noise and the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan, so when we showered, it was VERY steamy. Other than that it was fantastic."
"The room was clean and updated. The only issue was that there was a lot of humidity in the room because it did not have an exhaust fan. otherwise the room was great and the area was very quiet."
"The hotel is in the middle of a renovation so it was a little rough. I'm sure that once it is fixed up and updated, it will be a nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable.
The staff was great to work with. When we arrived to check in, our room was not ready and so the front desk person got us a different room right away. However, there were a couple of times when we went to get something from the front desk, no one was there, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to return. Another time we just called down and let them know what we needed.
There were a couple of things that I had to bring to the staff's attention; the microwave did not work. The refrigerator kept defrosting the freezer part and the water would collect on the bottom of the shelf, making whatever we put on the bottom all wet. The air return vent was rather dirty and needed to be cleaned and the filter changed.
The air conditioning worked great and kept the room comfortable. Breakfast was also good with coffee, juice, the standard eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, cereal, bread for toast, peanut butter and jelly, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and bagels."
"Good stay for the price. Room was very clean and comfortable. But the chair was very dirty. Definitely needs replacing. Breakfast was adequate but limited in offerings."
"Do not stay here. Check in was easy, room was clean, bed was ok. We traveled with another couple. Our room was located by the lobby. The other couple was at the far end of the hallway. From 9:00 pm - 11:45 pm the were people congregating in the lobby, with several children, the children were running all over the lobby, up and down the hallway, screaming and crying. The adults did nothing to stop the children. As the kids cried and yelled, the adults talked louder and louder to be heard over the children. There no tables or chairs in the lobby so I don’t know why they were hanging out there. I call the front desk to complain, never answered.
The other couple with us had the same experience down the hall. At 11:30 pm they had a toddler sitting outside their door screaming and crying, the adults were, where? Mgr was called, he apologized and said it would stop.
A 4:00 am the adults were back the hallway talking loudly. Where was management? We have no idea."
