"The room was a good size for Manhattan and the property is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room on the 2nd floor looked out onto 8th Ave, and the noise from the road works could be heard from the room, whihc was the only minor point. Some better sound proofing of the windows would improve things - otherwise I would have given 5 stars."

"Hotel was clean and staff was amazing. Had an issue with our shower door not opening and they had it fixed as quickly as possible. Every member of the staff was amazing and helpful. Rooms were nice and cleaned well every day, Breakfast was a good plus and the coffee was spot on!"

"Two friends and I stayed here for one night on Mother's Day weekend. The hotel was very well kept and clean, and every staff member I spoke to was helpful and friendly. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with a nice view. I would stay here again, and would recommend the Hyatt to anyone looking for a nice place to stay near Broadway for easy walking access to the theaters (and many other destinations such as Times Square and Rockefeller Center). "This hotel exceeded all my expectations, from the staff, to the room, and the restaurant. They were extremely dog friendly, and we felt right at home. The room was gorgeous and stacked. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. The only downside is the gym was a bit small and crowded. It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe. Often walked alone at night with my dog. "The room was not what I had ordered. It was a Queen/full… not a King. There was barely enough space in the room to walk. The breakfast setup was bizarre. You had to pay but then go down to the lobby to get in line to go back up to floor 5. Then you had to wait in line to proceed, then wait in line again to be seated. Food was good. I’ll say that much. What was not good was only cool water in AM for shower. What was very bad was the Air Conditioning and heat system. When it came on it sounded...
