"Fabulous hotel. Located right in the heart of Times Square, the hotel has everything you need, but if they don’t, you can find it near by. The staff is impeccable, and security is everywhere. The restaurant (breakfast) is very good. The dinner menu is eclectic and very tasty. The bar staff is friendly and entertaining and we had a lot of fun sitting at the bar meeting new friends. "We were on the 2nd floor on 8th Ave and did not hear noise from the street (outside of our room was some sort of machinery- slight white noise which we all found soothing. One of our party forgot some toiletries and the hotel had a list of available items (very appreciate!) They also had complementary coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We did not use the restaurant or bar, we were there to see Broadway shows. Great location! Parking garage beside the hotel with 24 hour availability....
