"Beds are incredibly hard and old. Had them change rooms for me because there were no lamps by the bed. This is the second time I stayed and found beds terrible and no lamps by bed. Only reason I have stayed here is because my daughter lives only 3 minutes away. Next time it’s back to the hotels on Wythe Ave. or Greenpoint."

"Our stay was excellent. The breakfast was great, the room was very clean. The staff was pleasant especially the front desk, they are aware that they are the face of the establishment and never failed in doing so. We were grateful that we were allowed to leave our luggage as arrived early so we were able to go to a Mall prior to checking in."

"I can tell they cleaned the rooms because you can smell bleach, however they do not advertise properly and it’s leading. I tried to speak to a manager and get a refund so I can go to another hotel. My needs were not met. I was moved rooms 3 times all of the walls were dirty. The showers were moldy and had gunk everywhere. You all do not advertise what the rooms actually look like. That is not fair for someone who is coming from out of town. I booked through a 3rd party. They said you all got a...

"The staff at the Henry Norman were very friendly and helpful! They provided local neighborhood recommendations for lunch and shopping. They even provided a stash of plates and utensils when our Door Dash order arrived without any. The room was very comfortable and quite large for something in Brooklyn. The bed was comfortable, and the shower/bath had plenty of room as well. As a taller person, I also appreciated the taller rain shower head! The hotel itself is in close walking distance to shops,...
