"Loved the location however bathroom very dated. Could not believe given how hot the weather has been it does not have a fridge hence waters provided became warm. Was told people complain about the noise however surely a fridge outway a slight noise."

"This is a shared bathroom with at least 6 other rooms which is unsuitable if you are travelling with an elderly parent. There is also No Parking despite this being advertised. The property did not reply to me about address and parking until the day AFTER my stay. Prooery did not reply to Expedia when we needed urgent support. We had to find our own alternative accommodation and still no resolution or contact from the property!!"

"The hotel could benefit from some modernisation, as parts of it are looking a little dated. My main concern was the location of Room 227. It was a very long walk from reception and quite difficult to reach. Fortunately, I wasn’t travelling with a suitcase; otherwise, getting to the room would have been much more difficult. Better signage or assistance with luggage would have been appreciated."

"The good: We were surprised by how quiet it was. There are bars, shops and the seafront very close by but as they are not right on that street, even on a summer Saturday evening it was peaceful. "Entering the property was very off putting. I regretted the booking as the stairwell was dirty musty and stunk of marijuana. The apartment itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. I have to say it was overall one of the worst stays of any apartment ive booked . Extremely noisy from neighbours in unit 4 and from party goers loudly hanging out at the NCP car park. "The whole place was disgusting. Holes by the sink, carpet was dirty bedding was dirty. Windows were dirty. Having a shower in a bath was wasn’t much bigger than a sink was a joke water was cold. Towels had holes in. A total disgrace and would never stay there again. Wouldn’t even let a dog stay in the place it’s should be shut down"

"We arrived at 6:30pm and were told there was not a room for us. The staff were unable to help and unwilling to provide more information on who owns the hotel. I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules. We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel.
